Element Logic LogiMAT 2026: Efficient End-to-End Intralogistics
With intelligent entry-level and complete solutions, Element Logic presents itself at LogiMAT 2026 (Hall 1, Stand H21) as a leading AutoStore solution vendor and end-to-end system integrator for efficient intralogistics.

The focus is particularly on a new modular IT platform for intelligently coordinated warehouse management, 3D emulation as a digital twin of complete systems, the newly developed "FlexBins" and "AutoCase", as well as the industry's first subscription model "Automation as a Service" (AaaS).
Element Logic's comprehensive product and service portfolio spans from initial consulting to system integration with a broad software portfolio. Working together with customers, Element Logic develops optimal workflows and future-proof warehouse concepts. At LogiMAT 2026 (Hall 1, Stand H21), the system integrator will present several new developments aimed at increasing efficiency in intralogistics. The key topics of the entire trade fair appearance will be explored in depth through separate live demos on multiple screens.
Unified warehouse control and intelligence
The new Warehouse Control System (WCS) from the Element Logic software suite will be presented in Stuttgart with an enhanced intelligence layer and user-friendly graphical user interfaces (GUI). AI-based, it helps users manage high process volumes, integrate best-in-class automation, and measure performance in real time. The interplay with the material flow controller eController, the cloud-based data platform eLogiq, and the Warehouse Control System from the software suite unlocks the benefits of far-reaching Warehouse Intelligence. While KPI dashboards with eLogiq ensure maximum process transparency, state-of-the-art systems such as the robot picking solution eOperator can be seamlessly integrated. eOperator enables AutoStore solutions with fully automated, robot-based piece picking using AI-based, self-learning software. With newly developed modules for inventory management, workflow tracking, and employee performance, the new Warehouse Control System also offers advanced analytics for evaluating warehouse data and real-time insights. This increases efficiency, throughput, and the return on investment. Managed Services from the cloud for the entire warehouse IT reduce administrative overhead, enhance system availability and security, and enable scalable performance.
"FlexBins" and "AutoCase" expand the range of applications for AutoStore
With the innovative new development "FlexBins" — a solution for different bin sizes in AutoStore systems — system integrator Element Logic integrates additional logistical functions into AutoStore systems, thereby optimizing its customers' processes. Following "Transfer Cells" for direct bin transfer to conveyor systems, AGVs, or AMRs, and the robot picking solution "eOperator" for fully automated, robot-based piece picking, Element Logic has now brought "FlexBins" — its third innovative process optimization in the direct AutoStore environment — to market maturity. The new development enables the use of AutoStore systems with mixed bin sizes for picking and consolidation. The solution has already been successfully implemented in initial pilot projects, is compatible with existing systems, and can be conveniently retrofitted without interrupting operations. The introduction of "FlexBins" thus marks a significant advance in cube storage automation. The same applies to "AutoCase", a fourth innovation for the efficient, automated handling of cartons in inbound and outbound processes.
Automation as a Service (AaaS) – rental model for automated intralogistics
AutoStore performance without upfront investment or operational burden — this is a key aspect of the novel, subscription-based automation model "Automation as a Service" (AaaS). With this, Element Logic pushes the boundaries of conventional automation. Conceived as a rental model, AaaS opens the market to cost-effective, complete access to AutoStore technology and the Element Logic software suite — with all the associated accounting advantages. High initial investments for individually tailored automation solutions are now a thing of the past. The new automation offering combines AutoStore hardware and software with after-sales services and support into a flexible service package. Instead of high acquisition costs and long-term capital commitment, companies benefit from a predictable monthly billing structure aligned to performance metrics such as throughput and storage capacity. Clear availability guarantees ensure continuous operation and maximum performance. AaaS offers needs analysis and system design, installation and integration of the AutoStore solution into existing processes, real-time monitoring, and proactive support. Software solutions from the Element Logic Warehouse Suite ensure coordinated processes and the connection of hardware to existing software systems.
Live Presentation Talk
Under the title "Why buy automation when you can subscribe to it?", Joachim Kieninger, Director Strategic Business Development at Element Logic, and Kristian Rosseland, Vice President Financial Services at Element Logic, will explain the background, content, and benefits of the new rental model in a presentation talk on the first day of the trade fair at 12:00, at the Forum Area North in Hall 7.
