Partner API

Your even metrics inside your own reporting

Instead of copying numbers out of the dashboard, let your BI pipeline fetch them: visibility, interest and conversion as JSON or CSV, with stable metric names and time series.

Included with the Pro plan, no add-on, no extra purchase.

What you can retrieve

  • Visibility: impressions, profile views, review count and average, new reviews per period.
  • Interest: visits, dwell time as mean and median, visiting companies identified via IP tracing including how long they stayed.
  • Conversion: website clicks, downloads, media interactions, contact clicks, additions to the solution comparison.
  • Every metric as a snapshot with previous-period comparison, or as a time series by day, week or month.

Connected in three steps

  1. 1Create a key under “API access” in the dashboard and pick its permissions. The plaintext value is shown exactly once.
  2. 2Paste the key into the reference and try calls right there, with your real numbers, before you integrate anything.
  3. 3Move the call into your pipeline. “/meta” tells your client which metrics exist and how far back data goes.

What to know up front

Limits
120 requests per hour per key. Responses are cached for up to ten minutes; the “generated_at” field shows how old the numbers actually are.
History
Events are never deleted, history reaches back to the first recorded visit. A single request covers at most 366 days; fetch several windows for more.
Dwell time
Only time in the active tab is measured, and individual values are capped at 30 minutes. For dwell times the median is more reliable than the mean.
Privacy
No IP storage, day-bound session counting, suppression of very small counts. Contact details only with the explicit consent of the person concerned.

No availability commitment

The Partner API is provided as is. We announce changes in the reference's changelog but do not commit to a minimum notice period. New fields may appear at any time, so your client should ignore unknown fields. For business-critical processes, please cache on your side.
