Items are placed directly into the optimal storage position for the next expected step. No additional sequencing devices or multi-order picking stations are required. Aisle Bridging The shuttle moves wherever the task needs to be completed. Since they can also bridge aisles, the multidirectional shuttles can reach any location on the storage level that is most efficient. When additional shuttle capacity is needed, further shuttles can automatically be deployed to support and complete the task. No Human Interaction No human interaction is required throughout the entire storage and retrieval process. When more capacity is needed, expansion is effortless thanks to ADAPTO's modular design. Lifts, shuttles, and storage aisles can be added independently at a later stage.
