How we calculate the even Score
The even Score (0 to 100) sets the order of solutions. It is based only on published reviews:
- 85% quality: the average of performance, reliability and maintenance effort per review.
- Recency: newer reviews count more. After one year, a review counts only half as much.
- Smoothing: with few reviews, the value is pulled towards the category average. A single review cannot push a solution to the very top or bottom.
- 15% recommendation: how many reviewers would recommend the solution (NPS logic).

„Flexible Solution for Versatile Parcel Shipping“
Integrated API interface with our WMS packing station module. Via Shipcloud, we can connect to all CEP carriers, either through our own contract or the contracts of our customers.
Shipcloud provides us, as a mid-sized logistics service provider, with the perfect solution to transmit all parcel information to every CEP carrier directly via API interface through our WMS packing station module and print the shipping labels with the generated tracking number. This saved us from having to program individual interfaces for each CEP carrier.
Mapping of all service types offered by the carriers. Transmission of ADR data. More competitive Shipcloud shipping rates would be welcome, as current pricing is relatively high. Creating shipments with multiple packages would be great, especially for third-country shipments that require export documents to be generated and uploaded. Currently, each package has to be created as a separate shipment.
All common shipping types are supported. In some cases, the information requirements and data structures (e.g. character limits/field lengths) vary considerably between individual carriers. This requires individual review to determine which data from your own WMS needs to be transferred via the interface.
The Shipcloud web application offers extensive shipping analytics. In addition, the tracking and notification capabilities regarding parcel statuses are very comprehensive and versatile. Otherwise, we see this software as primarily functionality-driven — the solution is not used as an analytics tool as such.
