Our Pick-by-Light Solution is an innovative technology that optimises the order picking process through visual and digital support. The system combines high-precision LED strips and touch-sensitive buttons that intuitively guide employees to the correct storage locations. Direct feedback from the buttons confirms each retrieval in real time and reports it back to the central system. The system is controlled via the powerful software platform oneGRID, which acts as an interface between the hardware and existing ERP or warehouse management systems. This enables seamless integration into existing processes and systems, minimising the effort required for implementation and customisation. The Solution offers not only real-time transparency across inventory and orders, but also the ability to continuously optimise processes. The even Score (0 to 100) sets the order of solutions. It is based only on published reviews:
- 85% quality: the average of performance, reliability and maintenance effort per review.
- Recency: newer reviews count more. After one year, a review counts only half as much.

So far, we have not encountered any significant challenges regarding hardware reliability. The system operates in a stable and robust manner, allowing us to rely on it fully. One aspect to keep in mind, however, is the dependency on Wi-Fi. Under certain circumstances, such as a weak connection, minor issues can occur that briefly disrupt operations
For the future, we would like to see additional features, such as enhanced integration with other systems for automated data analysis. A customizable user interface could also help tailor the system even more closely to our specific requirements. In addition, the integration of a label printer is currently being implemented to print order numbers for containers
