Goods-to-Person in Shelving Systems as Robots-as-a-Service
NEO revolutionizes warehouse logistics: We automate your existing or new shelving system with high-end hardware and intelligent software. With no capital investment.

Overview
NEO enables efficient fulfillment with autonomous robots, a fully automatic sorting system, and the highly efficient goods-to-person station. Our technology-agnostic NEOos operating system continuously orchestrates and optimizes the entire process. Here is how it works: 1. Customer order received: Item requirements are transmitted to NEOos, which orchestrates the entire process. 2. An autonomous robot transports the bin containing the required item to the bin buffer. 3. Stationary robots buffer and optimize the sequence for delivering the bin to the goods-to-person station. 4. The bin is made available at the goods-to-person station. 5. The employee retrieves the required item from the bin and returns it to the buffer. The item is now ready for dispatch and can be shipped. Billing is based on the number of items picked; the entire process is charged under this "Logistics-as-a-Service" model.
