The pLG TMS is a modular, all-in-one Solution for the efficient management of all transport processes – from order entry to billing. Via the central pLG Platform, users gain access to all applications within the ecosystem, including SSO, rights management and a dashboard. In pLG Core, central master data is maintained, individual rules are defined via a rule editor, and tasks are structured and managed through ToDo management. An integrated print engine enables the professional creation and design of documents. The Chat and Template Builder allow for flexible configuration of communication and customer engagement. Orders are captured through the pLG Order modules – either via input mask, OCR, or including hazardous goods data. pLG Notification manages omni-channel communication with customers and partners via email, SMS and voice AI. It integrates external slot portals, freight exchanges (e.g. TimoCom) as well as AI-based route planning for local distribution, line haul and FTL/LTL. pLG Billing and Invoice handle comprehensive rate management, billing, invoice verification and transfer to accounting systems. pLG BI provides in-depth data analysis with dashboards and ad hoc reporting. The system is further complemented by modules for DMS, customer portals, subcontractor management and yard/slot management. With open interfaces (EDI), multi-language support, resource management and automotive standards (VDA), the pLG TMS is ideally suited for international, dynamic logistics networks.
