How we calculate the even Score
The even Score (0 to 100) sets the order of solutions. It is based only on published reviews:
- 85% quality: the average of performance, reliability and maintenance effort per review.
- Recency: newer reviews count more. After one year, a review counts only half as much.
- Smoothing: with few reviews, the value is pulled towards the category average. A single review cannot push a solution to the very top or bottom.
- 15% recommendation: how many reviewers would recommend the solution (NPS logic).
None of this can be bought: plans, advertising and partnerships play no part.

„Easy to use – implemented quickly“
Smoothing of truck arrivals for inbound and outbound deliveries at 2 locations, resulting in a noticeable reduction in demurrage charges. Additionally, more efficient staff scheduling in the warehouse is possible. Also: digital provision of documents for driver check-in, as well as documentation of (in particular) floor-loaded containers/trailers after opening or before closing.
Great, easy-to-use solution for yard management in less complex environments. Ideal when a WMS or ERP integration does not seem necessary. Particularly popular additional feature: the ability to attach photos directly from the warehouse via iPad.
Tradelink was set up quickly, runs on computers and iPads in the warehouse, and is a well-suited easy-to-use solution.
The clear communication of time slots allows us to optimize staff scheduling. One production site uses the data, among other things, for vendor evaluation.

The reporting and analysis options are extensive and help to make workforce planning more efficient, as well as to monitor pre-notification and delivery reliability and, where necessary, to make targeted and documented adjustments.
The time slot management is already quite a comprehensive overall package. Extensions and additional features are available, however, and can be booked as add-ons.
