The goal: you gain clarity on whether an investment in an automated warehouse Solution could be worthwhile or not. To this end, we discuss initial concept ideas with you, making potential Solutions tangible from the outset. This planning service is available at a fixed price of €7,500 plus travel expenses. The Check-Up includes the following services: Rough determination of target data On-site workshop Outlining the solution concept Rough budgeting Handover of documentation and final presentation 2 - Concept Phase ► Which automated concept fits best? The concept phase includes the following services: Designing future processes Analyzing logistics data Creating material flow diagrams Defining the concept layout Designing IT systems Developing the investment framework These steps can be carried out for multiple variants, providing all the information needed for a qualified comparison of variants. 3 - Design Phase ► In detail: How does it work and what is needed? The design phase includes the following services: Planning out target processes Validating data and material flow concepts Developing the layout Defining interfaces for IT systems Fixed-price implementation proposal
