„Building future-ready logistics and production with Vallée / Unger & Partner.“
VUP was a reliable partner throughout the entire project duration, supporting us consistently — especially during critical challenges. Problems were solved pragmatically within the team. Through this collaboration, we created a new layout as well as a digital twin of our company within 6 months. This laid the foundation for future-oriented production.
The requirements and objectives were discussed in a joint meeting. Our wishes for the goal were fully taken into account and supplemented with meaningful points by Vallée / Unger & Partner.
The practical and straightforward approach. The theoretical part was kept to a minimum and we started directly with the practical part on the shopfloor. This allowed us to achieve very good results very quickly and derive new action strategies. The style of communication within the project team, as well as with on-site colleagues, was very helpful.
Challenges or changes were coordinated through short communication channels. This allowed the project plan to be adjusted quickly or countermeasures to be initiated in order to keep to the timeline. Often, very good new solutions also emerged from challenges, arising through discussion.
