proStoreX

proStoreX by XPROMA is a modular, automated small-parts warehouse (AS/RS) for efficient, space-saving storage of bins, cartons or trays. It can be flexibly integrated into existing facilities and ensures on-time supply to production and customers. The system consists of: racking systems in single or double depth, a stacker crane (SC) for loads of up to 80 kg at heights of up to 12 m, conveyor technology for smooth transport, safety guards for maximum security, and a warehouse management and control system compatible with ERP systems. The stacker crane achieves travel speeds of up to 5 m/s and lift speeds of up to 3 m/s, with high energy efficiency thanks to an aluminium mast and dual drive.
