GEBHARDT InstaPick® is the future of warehouse logistics for staying competitive and increasing productivity. The system consists of straightforward row racking, above which an intelligent grid system extends. On this grid, robots navigate precisely in the x and z directions. The robot lowers the load handling device and grips the bin for transport as soon as the robot hovers above the racking aisle containing the desired bin. The system supports both single-deep and multi-deep storage for optimal use of space. The bin is smoothly transported to the robot on the grid and from there forwarded to the transfer station through precise movements of the robot in the x and z directions.
