GEBHARDT Omnipallet®

The robot- and shuttle-based GEBHARDT Omnipallet® is a forward-looking innovation in the field of pallet storage technology. The shuttle technology already established in the market for tote and carton conveying is transferred to pallet storage technology with this innovation.

GEBHARDT Omnipallet®

Overview

Omnipallet® relies on many small robots that move autonomously within the storage structure to automate warehouse systems. This makes it possible to meet higher demands on pallet storage and pallet conveying technology, such as high dynamics and flexibility. Throughput rates are also significantly higher, and maximum system flexibility as well as a high degree of scalability for the overall system can be achieved with Omnipallet®. The system thus enables a wide variety of storage concepts, whether in combination with or without pallet conveying technology. Storage can be single- to multi-deep, in any combination. The software is capable of routing robots via the shortest path, even when this leads to two-way traffic between different robots or travel beneath occupied channels.
