Fulfillment in Practice: Warehouse Meetup at LOEWE Logistics & Care

B2B and B2C fulfillment running simultaneously, non-standardized goods, automation in live operation – all under one roof. At the next warehouse meetup, you can see it for yourself, ask questions, and exchange ideas with logistics managers facing the same challenges you do.

On September 15, LOEWE Logistics & Care in Herford opens its doors. Places are limited to 15–20 participants.

What you'll get to see:

  • B2B and B2C fulfillment in the high-bay warehouse and shelving system
  • On-demand packaging with Packsize X5 & X7 in live operation
  • Automated sealing and labeling
  • Insight into handling non-standardized and high-value consumer goods

About Loewe Logistics & Care

LOEWE Logistics & Care serves customers with high-value consumer goods and promotional materials – B2B and B2C, under one roof. This places different demands on warehouse structures, packaging processes, and IT integration than a conventional single-purpose warehouse. Medium-sized, owner-managed, and close to real-world operations.

A particular focus of the warehouse meetup is the topic of sustainability: LOEWE Logistics will show on-site how this can be implemented in concrete terms during live operations, including through on-demand packaging:

Live on-site: on-demand packaging. Products are shipped in custom-fit boxes tailored precisely to each individual item. The packaging is produced at the exact moment it is needed – directly within the shipping process. This avoids unnecessary filling material and reduces packaging volume. A sustainable and intelligent packaging solution that flexibly adapts to a wide range of requirements.
Also on view in the LOEWE Logistics GmbH warehouse: conveyor technology. The integrated conveyor system ensures a continuous material flow between individual process steps. This optimizes workflows, reduces manual tasks, and enables efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable shipping logistics.

What are warehouse meetups?

Warehouse meetups are small, regional events where operational logistics managers visit real warehouses together. The concept: learning from one another and seeing logistics solutions in live operation rather than in product pitches. The focus is on hands-on experience, practical questions, and direct peer-to-peer exchange. And ideally, you leave with new ideas for your own logistics operation.

Looking back: warehouse tour instead of conference room – participants at the warehouse meetup at NITRAS SAFETY.
"Formats like this demonstrate how important trusted exchange among logistics managers really is. Transparency, practical relevance, and constructive discussion make the difference – because solutions emerge between the shelving, the conveyor system, and the packing table."

Important: The meetups are intended exclusively for warehouse managers, project leads, and operational managers in logistics.

The next even warehouse meetups are already in the pipeline. Stay tuned!
