How users rate AGILOX OCF
100 % of reviewers would recommend this solution (counts reviews that scored the recommendation question 4 or 5 out of 5; 1 to 3 counts as no recommendation).
How we calculate the even Score
The even Score (0 to 100) sets the order of solutions. It is based only on published reviews:
- 85% quality: the average of performance, reliability and maintenance effort per review.
- Recency: newer reviews count more. After one year, a review counts only half as much.
- Smoothing: with few reviews, the value is pulled towards the category average. A single review cannot push a solution to the very top or bottom.
- 15% recommendation: how many reviewers would recommend the solution (NPS logic).
None of this can be bought: plans, advertising and partnerships play no part.
What users say about AGILOX OCF
The Solution "AGILOX OCF" receives an overall Review score of 5/5, based on a single Review. Performance, reliability, and maintenance effort are also rated 5/5. These scores are in line with the category averages, which likewise stand at 5/5 for performance and reliability, while maintenance effort is slightly lower at 4.8/5. The Review highlights the flexibility and ease of integration of the Solution. Particularly appreciated are the intelligent navigation and the ability to make adjustments independently. Reliability is strongly dependent on environmental conditions such as clear travel paths and stable Wi-Fi coverage. An additional suggestion for improvement concerns the automatic detection of load carriers. The NPS score of 100 indicates a high level of customer satisfaction.

„Automation that delivers: AGILOX ONE in practice“
The AGILOX OCF is deployed in our logistics area, where it handles standardized transport tasks. For example, it retrieves pallets directly from the automated packaging line and places them at defined transfer locations in the finished goods warehouse – including automatic confirmation to the SAP system.
AGILOX OCF has significantly optimized our intralogistics. The solution impresses with its flexibility, reliability, and ease of integration. Particularly noteworthy are the intelligent navigation and the ability to make adjustments independently – a clear added value for efficiency and process reliability.
Flexible & agile – even despite its dimensions. Navigation without structural modifications. Workflows can be easily integrated, scaled, and adapted. Map updates are performed autonomously. New transfer and pickup points can be created or modified directly by the user in the system.
Reliability requires clear framework conditions: travel paths must be clear and intact, and stable Wi-Fi coverage is essential. Disruptions in these areas directly impact vehicle performance and navigation.
Automatic detection of load carriers within defined areas, followed by the independent creation of corresponding pickup locations.
