EPG ONE LFS is the central system for seamless, transparent, and efficient warehouse organization. The Solution covers all essential intralogistics processes and can be flexibly adapted to different business models and levels of automation. With its modular architecture and broad integration capabilities, the SaaS Solution provides a stable foundation for day-to-day warehouse operations. LFS integrates automation systems from various manufacturers and brings them together on a single central platform — regardless of whether conventional conveyor technology, shuttles, stacker cranes, or modern robotics such as AGVs and AMRs are in use. Thanks to its high flexibility, LFS is suited for greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit scenarios and can be seamlessly embedded into existing process and IT landscapes. With features for visualization, simulation, and emulation, all relevant process data is available in real time. Additional AI-powered features support forward-looking planning and help identify potential bottlenecks or disruptions at an early stage. How we calculate the even Score
The even Score (0 to 100) sets the order of solutions. It is based only on published reviews:
- 85% quality: the average of performance, reliability and maintenance effort per review.
- Recency: newer reviews count more. After one year, a review counts only half as much.

„Anwenderfreundliches System mit leichten Einschränkungen bei der Flexibilität“
Wir setzen das EPG Lagerführungssystem (LFS) in der Lagerlogistik ein, um die Prozesse der Ein- und Auslagerung sowie die Bestandsverwaltung zu Steuern.
Das LFS von EPG bietet ein benutzerfreundliches System, das ein breites Spektrum logistischer Anforderungen abdeckt. Allerdings zeigt das System Schwächen in Bezug auf Flexibilität und Individualisierung, insbesondere für kleinere Ebenen. Der Umgang mit Programmierungen und Anpassungen kann oft mühsam sein und ist in der Regel mit hohen Kosten verbunden.
Die Software ist im Großen und Ganzen benutzerfreundlich und gut strukturiert. Dennoch stoßen wir oft auf deutliche Einschränkungen bei der Anpassungsmöglichkeit für die einzelnen Mandanten.
Mit der Software können wir problemlos Analysen durchführen. Allerdings sind die Datenquellen nicht immer eindeutig. Insgesamt bietet uns die Lösung jedoch die nötige Transparenz, die wir für unsere Entscheidungen im Logistikprozess benötigen.
Ich würde mir eine einfachere Individualisierung der Prozesse auf Mandantenebene wünschen. Aktuell ist es oft kompliziert, spezifische Anpassungen vorzunehmen, die auf die verschiedenen Bedürfnisse unserer Lagerabläufe abgestimmt sind. Zudem wäre eine klarere Zuordnung von Modulen und Datenbanken hilfreich, um die Übersichtlichkeit zu verbessern.
„Gute Basis - Hochgradig Flexibel ausbaubar“
Wir verwenden LFS für die komplette Lagerlogistik, inkl. Anbindung diverser Automatiksysteme und auch manueller Systeme. Diese in Verbindung mit Lydia Voice.
Durch die gute Teamarbeit bei EPG, die uns in unserer täglichen Arbeit begleitet, können wir die Vorteile des LFS sehr gut ausschöpfen. Dabei legen wir großen Wert auf Anpassbarkeit der Software und dabei auch auf stabile Abläufe, da unsere Logistik sehr auf Effizienz ausgelegt ist und Störungen unbedingt vermieden werden müssen.
Standardversion ist ausbaubar, was wir intensiv für die Anpassung an unsere spezifischen Prozesse ausreizen.
Daten sind unterlegt, werden bei Bedarf mit Zusatz-Tools in Dashboards eingebunden und ermöglichen somit einen Zugriff auf viele relevante Kennzahlen.
Es gibt bei uns ein Backlog, welches gut gefüllt ist und die Optimierung der bestehenden Programmstrukturen, ausgerichtet auf unsere Prozesse, beinhaltet.
