We use Storelogix as a warehouse management system in an operational warehouse environment, including for all warehouse processes as well as returns. Storelogix helps us map warehouse processes in a structured way, create transparency, and manage operational workflows with system support.

Storelogix covers the core requirements of a WMS very well and provides a strong foundation for daily operations. The solution is generally adaptable, particularly through configurations and interfaces. For highly individual or complex processes, additional coordination and implementation effort is required – which, however, is communicated openly and is part of the process.

Storelogix provides relevant operational data and process information that help us monitor ongoing operations and quickly identify deviations. For more in-depth analyses and strategic evaluations, data is partially processed in downstream systems, which overall delivers a solid basis for data-driven decisions.

I'm a big fan of the annual "Customer Circle", where we as users openly discuss our wishes and ideas and go through the system and requirements together. For me, the direct exchange with the team is extremely valuable – which is why I deliberately leave this question open. Being part of the ongoing development feels almost like a feature in itself.

Storelogix is a standard software solution that covers all relevant warehouse processes. This means it is necessary to adapt to these processes to a certain extent. On the other hand, there are many options to adjust the parameters to suit your own workflows.

We currently use data-based evaluations only through a reporting system that we import into our BI tool. There is the option to capture data via Tableau. However, this is not currently an option for us, as we use different tools. That is a shame, but also a reflection of our own existing setup rather than a blank slate.

We use the solution in the following areas: goods receipt, put-away, stock transfer, replenishment, picking, goods issue, stocktaking, returns, and reporting. Since we have had storelogix, we have not had any issues.

Storelogix supports me in identifying process steps and their monetary evaluation. Based on our WMS, I am able to develop individual customer setups and implement them at short notice.

With the help of data from Storelogix and the appropriate add-ons, Storelogix enables a comprehensive data analysis of our customers.

I would like to see a continuous expansion of the customer experience. Many customers want individual options in the areas of dashboarding and automated messages. I look forward to new features and the familiar Simply-Clever solutions.

We use the WMS for all our customers — both in the area of contract logistics and in e-commerce fulfillment. In the sales process, Storelogix empowers me to develop lean and individual setups for potential new customers.

Due to a change in the strategic direction of the affected business unit, the project was ultimately not implemented. However, the Solution would have been deployed in a newly established B2C fulfillment operation for pet supplies. Particularly noteworthy is the transparent licensing model, which provides planning certainty for business cases and is characterized by low upfront investment costs.

The team at common solutions works in a very focused manner, always at eye level and with great transparency. This enables fast and well-founded business decisions and supports particularly fast-growing business units in professionalizing and scaling their logistics operations.

Functionally, the application has covered the most important business requirements for e-commerce. In particular, the high degree of configurability of the Solution and its ongoing development as a standard product enable rapid implementation, which — thanks to the best-practice approach — also allows for a low-risk rollout.

Especially in a business environment that is growing and scaling, the standardized approach of the software helps to first gather valuable experience and test various process alternatives, in order to then make decisions based on real-world experience (and KPIs). This eliminates the need for time-consuming specification and development phases.

A visual refresh of the GUI for the stationary dialogs would be desirable. In addition, connectivity to 'typical' automation solutions (e.g., AutoStore) with corresponding interfaces and dialogs was important to us, but was still under development at the time of the decision.
