Skypod Storage Robots The 3D storage robots are designed for efficiency: with a speed of up to 4 m/s beneath the racks, the ability to climb in parallel to heights of up to 14 meters, and a payload capacity of up to 30 kg, they are built for the most demanding requirements. Every SKU is accessible within 2 minutes – and thanks to a charging time of just 5 minutes per hour, operations run virtually without interruption. Exchanger The Exchanger seamlessly connects upstream and downstream processes – with a throughput of up to 600 storage and retrieval operations per hour and a flexible height adjustment that enables smooth integration into existing conveyor systems. For maximum flexibility, two configuration options are available: the Bin Configuration is designed for the storage and retrieval of standardized Exotec bins, while the Load Configuration is tailored for customer-specific bins and cartons. Workstations At the Workstations, picking, packing, and inventory management come together in a single location. Ergonomically designed, with an integrated scale and robot-to-robot picking for up to 600 bins per hour, they are optimized for maximum efficiency. Individually adjustable heights and intuitive operation make the stations easy to use for every employee. The flexible Source Ramp covers external picking and can be expanded with internal picking at any time. Racking System The modular racking system extracts maximum value from the available space: with a building height of up to 14 meters and a double-deep storage principle, every cubic meter is utilized. Bins are available in three heights – 220 mm, 320 mm, and 420 mm – and can be individually customized using plastic dividers. Since all goods are stored directly on trays, time-consuming decanting is eliminated – removing an entire process step. Deepsky With the Warehouse Execution Software Deepsky, operators maintain full control over all warehouse operations at all times. Thanks to standard interfaces, it integrates seamlessly into existing WMS and WCS systems – without any complex customization. Configurable KPI dashboards provide all relevant key figures at a glance, and plug-and-play connectivity makes commissioning as straightforward as possible. System Expansion The Skypod System is designed for growth from the outset: it scales on demand in line with customer requirements, enabling step-by-step investment planning without compromise. Storage and performance expansions can be realized within a few weeks – and thanks to plug-and-play integration, every expansion fits seamlessly into the existing system landscape. Skypath Conveyor Technology The Skypath is a modular conveyor system that achieves a maximum throughput of 2,500 bins per hour. It can be assembled from various building blocks consisting of curves, inclines, and straight sections. This modular principle makes the Skypath suitable for most logistical requirements and layouts, and allows it to be easily adapted to different needs.
