Packsize EM7

With the EM7™, Packsize has made several improvements in terms of durability, safety, and functionality, as well as ease of maintenance and security. Developed in Sweden, the multi-patented automatic On Demand Packaging® machine EM7™ produces an unlimited number of box designs across a wide corrugated working width of 3,440 mm (11 ft 3 in). Equipped with robust features for the production of custom boxes — including slitting, cross-cutting, scoring, and perforating — the EM7™ accepts multiple infeed lanes, enabling it to use up to four different widths of z-Fold® to achieve greater waste reduction. The EM7™ integrates seamlessly with PackNet.Server® production and optimization software, giving packaging managers the flexibility to control and manage production workflows for single pieces, batches, and demanding corrugated products. A customizable user interface provides easy access to localized machine reports and is accessible via a mounted control panel.
