The X4® leverages Packsize's market-leading On Demand Packaging® expertise and is manufactured in the United States. The X4® is the first On Demand Packaging® machine capable of cutting, folding, labeling, and gluing a flat corrugated box in 12 seconds. Its compact footprint contributes to its flexibility, making it possible to erect a box and place it on a conveyor belt, set it on a cart, or pack directly alongside the machine. The X4® integrates seamlessly with the PackNet® production and optimization software. This technology integration is a key advantage for high-volume centers, as it identifies and creates the most efficient, right-sized box for each individual order. With the X4®, packaging managers have the flexibility to control and manage workflows for single items, batches, and complex corrugated packaging. PackNet® also optimizes operations when multiple X4 units are installed to achieve high hourly volumes. The custom box-making machine, which integrates sustainability into the e-commerce supply chain, accepts multiple feed lanes to accommodate up to four widths of z-Fold®.
