Overview

The STILL AXV 12 iGo was developed as a straightforward entry-level Solution for process automation. Its compact design makes it suitable for even the narrowest aisles, and its intuitive controls enable operation without extensive automation expertise. A multi-level safety concept (including 360° laser scanners) protects personnel and infrastructure during mixed operation. The truck handles loads of up to 1,200 kg and can stack them to a height of 1,780 mm, making it ideal for simple horizontal transport tasks such as production supply, order picking, or goods receipt and dispatch. STILL simplifies selection and setup through preconfigured best-fit packages and Plug-and-Play commissioning via iGo easy. The system can be operated standalone or connected to a higher-level Warehouse Management System (WMS). Thanks to the scalable STILL iGo software, the Solution grows flexibly with increasing requirements and fleet sizes. As the narrowest automated high-lift truck in its class, the AXV 12 iGo offers maximum maneuverability in confined spaces. It is also highly cost-efficient, making it particularly attractive for small and medium-sized operations looking to automate their internal transport and order picking processes with minimal effort. Typical users are found in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution — wherever goods need to be moved quickly and safely.

Frequently asked questions

The AXV iGo consists of several precisely matched core components. At its heart is the autonomous robot with an integrated navigation and drive system, which enables independent and safe material transport. Power is supplied by a high-performance battery system — LiFePO4 as standard, with Li-Ion batteries or supercapacitors available as options. For flexible use in a variety of intralogistics environments, different load carriers are available, designed for pallets, mesh boxes, and common standard warehouse formats. For precise orientation, the AXV iGo uses advanced sensors and navigation technologies, including laser navigation, optical guidance, inductive guidance, and grid navigation. The system is controlled by powerful control software with a VDA 5050 interface, enabling seamless integration with ERP and WMS systems. In addition, optional charging systems (inductive or wired) as well as remote maintenance and diagnostic tools can be integrated to further increase availability and efficiency.
