Wide range of applications and many transport options Thanks to its extremely low-profile design, our OSCAR is suitable for a large number of underride transport tasks. Whether dollies, racks, boxes or trolleys — all of these can be automatically picked up, transported and set down. A high payload capacity of 1,000 kg makes OSCAR an absolute transport specialist.
Overview
Maximum ergonomics and personal safety The OSCAR series navigates contour-based (SLAM) via KBL technology and additionally supports magnetic spot navigation. OSCAR omni is area-mobile, allowing it to travel in any direction. OSCAR spin can rotate on the spot and navigate very tight corners. Both handle reduced space requirements during cornering and load transfer operations. The robust construction and solid drive concept contribute equally to the uncompromising industrial suitability and longevity of the AGV. In addition, the OSCAR series offers a ground clearance of 25 mm — sufficient to overcome floor unevenness. The integrated batteries are charged within the vehicle via floor contacts. The vehicle can be integrated into all freely navigating systems from DS Automotion, including existing installations. LED lights seamlessly embedded in the housing not only ensure the necessary visibility, but also serve to communicate with the surrounding environment.
