GEBHARDT KARIS® Bauform 1

The GEBHARDT KARIS® Bauform 1 is a flexible transport system designed for the safe and efficient transport of containers, cartons and other load carriers up to 150 kg. Thanks to an integrated hub, the conveyed goods can be adapted to different conveying levels, with higher levels reached via a scalable spacer. For load handling, either a fixed carrier plate with passive load securing or an additional active load handling device such as a roller conveyor is used, depending on the type of material. With two laser scanners providing a full 360° all-round view, the system ensures precise and reliable navigation. This is supported by contour-based navigation and decentralized swarm intelligence, enabling seamless integration into existing production lines and logistics systems. The vehicles communicate with each other and with other systems via Wi-Fi, further optimizing material flow. In addition, intelligent battery management ensures efficient use of the batteries and automatically steers the vehicle to the charging station when the battery level requires it.
