The even Score (0 to 100) sets the order of solutions. It is based only on published reviews:
- 85% quality: the average of performance, reliability and maintenance effort per review.
- Recency: newer reviews count more. After one year, a review counts only half as much.
- Smoothing: with few reviews, the value is pulled towards the category average. A single review cannot push a solution to the very top or bottom.
- 15% recommendation: how many reviewers would recommend the solution (NPS logic).

„Komplexe Projekte auf Augenhöhe“
Unsere äußerst komplexen Anforderungen (kurze Durchlaufzeit, Synchronisation von zwei Temperaturzonen, Kältetechnik usw.) wurden von Hörmann ab dem ersten Tag verstanden und man hat sich der Herausforderung angenommen. Als GU hat man dort von der Sales über die Projekt- bis hin zur Realisierungsphase einen exzellenten Job gemacht. Der Dialog fand dabei stets auf Augenhöhe statt
Hörmann hat sich als der perfekte Partner für Systemintegration von komplexen Projekten im Kleinteilebereich erwiesen. Durch professionelles Projektmanagement, Dialog auf Augenhöhe sowie der notwendigen Agilität aufgrund des eher klein- bis mittelständischen Charakters des Unternehmens wurden Projekte bis dato immer zur vollen Zufriedenheit abgeschlossen
Durch die hohe Komplexität des Leistungsumfanges haben sich im Projekt einige unerwartete Änderungen ergeben, denen man immer auf Augenhöhe und mit dem klaren Ziel der kosteneffizienten, nachhaltigen aber auch pünktlichen Erledigung begegnet ist. Mit Mehraufwänden ist man dabei immer sehr kulant und mindestens transparent umgegangen
Alle zeitlichen Vorgaben wurden vom Systemintegrator ohne Einschränkung eingehalten. Ebenfalls wurde uns eine Technologie übergeben die unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Etwaige technische Mängel, die in einem solchen Projekt üblich sind, wurden festgehalten und werden immer zielgerichtet und zeitnah beseitigt.
