How does the Solution work in detail?

Autonomous navigation: The AMR navigates autonomously, meaning no additional infrastructure or fixed installations (e.g. QR codes or magnetic strips) are required. When needed, the robot dynamically adapts to mixed traffic and enables automated processes where human supervision is only partially necessary. It is equipped with two LiDAR sensors, Microscan 3 Pro by SICK, to avoid employees and equipment such as other robots or forklifts. Speed & payload capacity: In test environments, it reaches a maximum speed of 2.2 m/s, making it one of the fastest AMRs on the market. It is capable of transporting heavy loads of up to 1,000 kg, such as steel containers or pallets. The rapid transport of such heavy loads is made possible by industry-proven hardware and high-quality components. Smart decision-making: It is capable of executing complex AI tasks quickly and reliably during live operation. This is achieved using edge AI, enabled by our proprietary industrial PC, which is powered by an Nvidia AGX GPU. The mobile robot collects information from its environment to make intelligent, well-informed, and adaptive decisions in real time. To ensure that the robot fleet acts ethically and in accordance with the law, respects people's privacy, and protects against potential harm, our Solution is based on a privacy- and ethics-by-design approach.
