The Oceaneering Mobile Robotics MaxMover™ CB D 2000 was designed to replace a conventional counterbalance forklift. The MaxMover™ CB D 2000 is flexibly deployable for pallet transport and suitable for any industry. The AGV can be easily adapted to the individual requirements of our customers. The AGV is suitable for both existing facilities (brownfield) as well as greenfield projects. No changes to the infrastructure are required to commission the AGV system. Its compact design and differential drive system with zero-radius turning make it extremely maneuverable and efficient.

The unique selling point of the MaxMover™ CB D 2000 lies in its compact design and differential drive system with zero-radius turning. The Solution is based on free-navigation and can also be deployed in mixed fleets. All Oceaneering Mobile Robotics AGVs can be commissioned without any infrastructure modifications. Additional features of the AGV include its high load capacity of up to 2,000 kg and the modular mast design, which enables lifting heights of up to 5 m.

All Oceaneering Mobile Robotics AGV systems feature infrastructure-free navigation and can be seamlessly integrated with higher-level ERP/WMS systems. All Oceaneering Mobile Robotics AGVs use BlueBotics Ant+ and can therefore be deployed in mixed fleets, representing a flexible, future-proof Solution. They can navigate autonomously to the charging station when the battery is low and are flexibly deployable – without complex environmental modifications or central control. This makes them efficient, cost-effective and easy to scale.

An Oceaneering Mobile Robotics Solution consists of the following core components: Supervisor software and infrastructure-free navigation with the option to connect to ERP/WMS systems. Standardized Oceaneering Mobile Robotics vehicles capable of handling customer loads. Oceaneering Mobile Robotics AGVs can also be deployed in mixed fleets. All AGVs are developed and built in-house. The vehicles are equipped with best-in-class components to ensure a long service life and high reliability. A battery charging system that charges the AGVs in a fully automated and safe manner, using intelligent algorithms to minimize the number of AGVs required.
