Overview
Do you need to store small goods with a limited flow rate? Mini-load is the perfect Solution for lightweight products in cartons or containers. Depending on the weight of the goods and the required throughput, a mini-load crane can be single- or double-mast. Our engineers develop a complete Solution that encompasses not only the mini-load crane but also the required racking and a suitable conveyor system. A mini-load crane offers a wide range of load handling devices: telescopic forks, bin grippers, or load carriers specially developed for your product. Based on your product characteristics, requirements, and preferences, we deliver the most efficient Solution. Pallets have served as the foundation for transport for over 100 years – from ports to distribution centers and from factories to stores. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can deliver exactly the crane that suits your situation. A stacker crane can store and retrieve goods at heights of up to 40 meters or at temperatures as low as -30 degrees Celsius. Aisle-bound stacker crane This aisle-bound stacker crane operates in a single aisle with racking on each side. Since it travels only in straight lines, this crane offers high storage capacity at high speed. Goods can be stored on both sides of the aisle in single, double, and multiple depth. Curve-navigating stacker crane A curve-navigating crane can automatically move from one aisle to another via a curved track structure. In this way, one crane can serve two aisles. This crane type can also be used for storing goods on both sides of the aisle in single, double, and multiple depth. Aisle-switching stacker crane With an aisle-switching crane, one or more cranes can operate in a minimum of three or more aisles. This aisle-switching crane is the ideal Solution when high storage capacity is more important than speed. When more than one crane is present, system availability is high, as the cranes can reach every location in the warehouse. With an aisle-switching crane, the warehouse can be expanded relatively easily with additional aisles and additional cranes. As with the other crane types, goods can be stored on both sides in single, double, and multiple depth.
