Overview
The Core™ Robotic Picking System is an AI-powered robotic solution designed to automate piece picking and item handling in warehouses and fulfillment centers. Combining advanced computer vision, machine learning, intelligent motion planning, and adaptive gripping technology, the system identifies, picks, and places a wide variety of products without requiring prior SKU-specific training. Its patented SpectrumGripper® technology enables reliable handling of challenging items, including irregular shapes, polybags, porous surfaces, fragile goods, and products weighing up to 6 kg. The system continuously adapts to changing product characteristics and operational conditions. Core can be integrated into existing warehouse environments, including AutoStore systems, shuttle systems, conveyors, AMRs, sorters, put walls, and automated packaging equipment. Applications range from goods-to-person picking and sorter induction to automated packing into boxes or bags. Designed for high-volume operations, Core aims to increase throughput, improve picking accuracy, reduce manual labor requirements, and support scalable fulfillment processes across diverse product assortments.
