Overview
The system consists of a robust frame construction. Folding boxes are identified by sensors, while the product height is simultaneously determined by optical or mechanical height detection, to which the folding box can be cut. The folding box transport is carried out via a roller conveyor with pneumatic stops. The system automatically adjusts to the respective folding box formats. After measurement, the folding boxes are cut on 4 sides down to the score line height. The lid flaps of the folding box are folded in offset. Due to the varying format heights, an overlap of the lid flaps results after folding. For the asymmetric tape application, the sealing head is adjusted eccentrically.
