moviniti is the warehouse management software for the reliable supply of production and industry based on production call-offs. It supports both Just-in-Time and Just-in-Sequence supply for serial production as well as the provision of components in batch or individual picking. In addition, the software enables the digital control of pre-assembly processes.

Overview

Mapping of all key warehouse functions for use in production logistics Automatic recognition of label standards (VDA, GALIA) at goods receipt or configuration of individual goods receipt labels Goods receipt notification with and without electronic delivery advice Goods receipt of pre-sequenced containers possible Maintenance and validation of permitted item indices, batches, and serial numbers Configuration of individual labels and lists Various picking and sequencing strategies (in reverse order, route-optimized, with and without compartments in the sequence rack, etc.) Secure process guidance via scanner Connectivity to producers/OEMs/suppliers We are currently connected to 3 major OEMs, one mechanical engineering company, and various suppliers in the automotive sector (suppliers for wiring harnesses, tailgates, charge air coolers, etc.) via EDIfact interfaces or SAP. The technical integration of new customer systems is handled in-house by our development team in Offenbach am Main. Implementation of moviniti Due to its modular design and cloud hosting, access to the system is possible within 3 days. We then accompany the project very closely from the tendering phase through to go-live with our dedicated logistics contact. As a rule, implementation takes 6–10 weeks, including interface integration.

Web application for control center and order management In the web area of moviniti, master data, configurations, warehouse orders and roles/permissions are managed. Warehouse orders are partly created automatically (e.g. put-away orders based on the stored put-away strategy for the item, sequence orders based on the call-off data from the OEM and the configuration for the sequence area) or created manually (e.g. transfers, inventory orders). - Master data: items, storage areas and warehouse zones, suppliers, etc. - Warehouse orders (goods receipt, transfer, replenishment, loading) - Customer orders and associated warehouse orders (picking, sequencing, retrieval/full-pallet handling, assembly orders for manual assembly) - Roles and permissions - Process configurations (checks, scan steps, etc.) and individual print formats Mobile scanner app for warehouse staff Warehouse orders are executed via the mobile scanner app. We work with minimal text and plenty of images so that the scan steps are as simple as possible, yet as secure as necessary. New employees can thus get started with the software within one hour. - Execution of warehouse orders via pick-by-scan - Control center function for easy inventory correction or stock transfers - Runs on all Android-based scanners, e.g. Zebra, DataLogic, Keyence or Android smartphones with Bluetooth scanners Multiple languages available moviniti is currently available in 6 languages (German, English, French, Polish, Romanian, Czech). Additional languages can be added on request.
