With the devices of the L2 product line, SAFELOG offers additional options in the areas of pallet and mesh box transport as well as assembly platforms. A scissor-mounted lift table enables the SAFELOG L2 lift to actively raise and transport loads of up to 1,500 kg. The maximum travel distance of the lifting unit is 160 mm.
Overview
At a height of just 310 mm, the autonomous mobile robots of the SAFELOG L2 series impress with their omnidirectional movement, which guarantees high agility even in confined spaces. The ability to rotate on the spot also contributes to the operational flexibility of the mobile robots. The drive system allows travel speeds between 0.02 m/s and 1.6 m/s even in SAFELOG's largest device class. The devices communicate via WLAN. Fleet management can optionally be handled via the VDA5050 interface through a central control station; by default, SAFELOG robots are equipped with swarm intelligence that acts as a decentralized control station. The mobile robot SAFELOG L2 lift can be deployed on the shop floor in combination with peripheral devices such as the Palomat or customer-specific transfer stations.
