SAFELOG GmbH
Overview
SAFELOG GmbH, based in Markt Schwaben near Munich, is a leading software-based Vendor for the development and intelligent integration of innovative logistics systems. The portfolio includes hardware and software solutions for patented, intuitively operable picking systems as well as several models of mobile robots. The core of the robots is the highly flexible, agent-based control software with swarm intelligence, which requires no higher-level control station. This enables cost-effective implementation of projects involving just a few vehicles as well as those with several hundred SAFELOG AGVs. All robots are also VDA5050-ready, allowing them to be managed within heterogeneous vehicle fleets via a central fleet manager. SAFELOG intralogistics solutions are used in production, distribution and fulfillment. More than 3,700 SAFELOG AGVs are deployed at numerous companies across a wide range of industries.

Solutions
Automate transports in the warehouseHardwareSAFELOG X1 spin
No reviews yetThe mobile robot SAFELOG X1 spin picks up its load via a central, rotatable lifting unit. This unit can raise the transported goods to a lifting height of 80 mm and handle loads of up to 1,200 kg top load. The X1 spin is equipped with a rotation unit that allows the robot and the load to rotate independently of each other. This means that the transported goods can be repositioned even in confined spaces

No reviews yetThe SAFELOG M4 lift extends the range of applications of the SAFELOG M model series. With the help of a scissor lift system mounted on both sides, the device — at a height of 220 mm — is capable of transporting both elevated load carriers such as pallets or wire mesh boxes, as well as trolleys or roll containers mounted on rollers. The lifting mechanism has a maximum lift height of 40 mm.
