SAFELOG M4 core

As a member of the M4 device series, the SAFELOG M4 core impresses with its high agility. With a device length of 1,460 mm, the turning radius is just 1,000 mm, giving the robots exceptional maneuverability and agility. The mobile robot SAFELOG M4 core is designed for transporting top loads of up to 300 kg. The load can be transported on optionally available or customer-specific superstructures, which can also be equipped with conveyor technology if required. In addition, use as an assembly platform is also possible, and the M4 core can be upgraded with suitable superstructures for this application as well. The brushless servo motor gives the robot models of the M4 series a high starting torque. Furthermore, the drive enables a speed range from 0.02 m/s to 1.6 m/s. The M4 devices are certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the internationally applicable machine product standard EN-ISO 3691-4:2020, and the robust steel chassis is protected against dust and water jets to IP54. Thanks to the intelligent, agent-based SAFELOG control system, the mobile robots communicate both with each other and with peripheral systems. A higher-level control station is rendered unnecessary by the swarm intelligence; the necessary interfaces, such as VDA 5050, for connecting to a control station are of course available.
