SAFELOG M4 lift

The robots of the SAFELOG M4 series cover a wide range of intralogistics tasks. With a device length of 1,460 mm, the turning radius is just 1,000 mm, making the robots exceptionally maneuverable and agile. The brushless servo motor provides the models with high starting torque; in addition, the drive enables a speed range of 0.02 m/s to 1.6 m/s. The SAFELOG M4 robots are certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the internationally recognized machinery product standard EN-ISO 3691-4:2020. In the M4 core and M4 tow variants, the robots are protected against dust and splash water to IP54. Thanks to the intelligent, agent-based SAFELOG control system, the mobile robots communicate both with each other and with peripheral systems. A higher-level control station is not required due to the swarm intelligence; however, the necessary interfaces — such as VDA 5050 — for connecting to a control station are of course available. The lifting rails of the SAFELOG M4 lift, which run along the entire chassis, provide a more even load distribution compared to lifting mechanisms that act at individual points. This results in more stable load storage on the device. The maximum topload is 1,000 kg.
