SAFELOG X1 core
With the X1 product family, SAFELOG closes the performance gap between the SAFELOG M4 and L2 robots. All devices in the X1 series are distinguished by high agility and flexibility. The focus of the base unit, the SAFELOG X1 core, is on its use as an assembly platform. For this purpose, the mobile robot can be equipped with various carrier superstructures.

Overview
For use as an assembly platform, the SAFELOG X1 core features a modified drive system that allows speeds between 0.02 and 1.6 m/s. Depending on the goods being transported, the mobile robot can be equipped with various carrier superstructures. Customer-specific superstructures are also optionally available. The maximum payload capacity of the transport robot is 1,500 kg. Furthermore, like all X1 variants, the X1 core enables space-saving in-place rotation. The minimum turning radius is 100 cm. To ensure the highest level of safety, the SAFELOG X1 is equipped with a safety laser scanner in every direction of travel. As with all devices in the X1 series, communication is achieved via Wi-Fi. Control is handled either through SAFELOG's proprietary software with swarm intelligence or via an interface, e.g. VDA 5050, to a central control station.
