The mobile robot SAFELOG X1 lift 1200 picks up loads via a central lifting unit. This unit can be equipped with various attachments for transporting pallets, shelves, or other load carriers. With a maximum payload of 1,200 kg, the lifting height is up to 80 mm. The X1 lift 1200 robot is particularly suited as a G2P platform in fulfillment centers or for supply operations.
Overview
The SAFELOG X1 family of mobile transport robots is characterized by high agility and flexibility. The X1 series models bridge the gap between the SAFELOG M4 and L2 devices. Depending on the configuration, the mobile robots can be used for pallet or mesh box transport, as Goods-to-Person (G2P) platforms, or as assembly platforms. The modified drive system allows speeds between 0.02 and 1.6 m/s. In addition, all robot variants are capable of space-saving in-place rotation. The minimum turning radius is 100 cm. For maximum safety, the SAFELOG X1 is equipped with a safety laser scanner in every direction of travel. As with all X1 series devices, communication is handled via Wi-Fi. Control is managed either through SAFELOG's proprietary swarm intelligence software or via an interface — such as VDA 5050 — to a central control station.
