„Good system and good support“
Mobile Easy Key is used by us as a personalized access identification system for industrial trucks. It also serves as the basis for storing drive orders and qualifications for operating industrial trucks. Going forward, the finance tool and maintenance planning will be utilized more extensively. The efficiency of the fleet is to be analyzed more thoroughly.
MEK is interesting for companies with a mixed fleet. Many relevant data points such as logbooks and live data can be recorded. Short response times in support are important!
It was important to us to find a system that can be installed independently of the manufacturer. The features and capabilities of Easy Key are very good and are continuously evolving.
Especially for efficiency analysis, MEK is a great tool for identifying where forklifts are being utilized effectively and where there is room for optimization. In addition, maintenance planning simplifies our day-to-day workshop tasks.

„Fleet Management“
Easy-Key is a compact solution for companies working with industrial trucks. The system helps to identify and evaluate damage at an early stage. Access control ensures that only authorized employees are permitted to operate a vehicle, significantly reducing the risk of accidents. Overall, the technology supports operational processes, collects and analyzes vehicle data, and helps reduce costs by preventing damage.
With regard to processes, the crash report shows where incidents occur most frequently. This allows root causes to be analyzed in a targeted manner and minimized through preventive measures.
One extension to the system would be the ability to maintain records of employees' forklift operator licenses and the associated annual UVV training. Additionally, a notification indicating when the next annual UVV training is due would be beneficial. There is already a function available for maintaining a date. Combining all of these would round out the overall solution.
Easy-Key is primarily used in logistics. Thanks to its versatile application, damage to racking systems can be identified at an early stage, enabling hazardous situations to be assessed and addressed immediately. By enabling industrial trucks to be released via a personal chip, unauthorized use can be prevented. This ensures that only employees who hold the appropriate authorization and a valid forklift operator's license are permitted to operate a forklift truck. I also appreciate the ability to view the usage of each individual industrial truck, including details such as duration of use, battery status, last users, and much more.
„Intuitive system“
The MEK is used as a fleet management system for all forklifts – to reduce forklift damage and to instill greater accountability in employees.
A very clear system that is intuitively designed and therefore easy to handle. Definitely worth recommending.
Very good – everything can be implemented with just a few clicks. Every new employee or forklift can be easily added to the system and assigned to groups with the corresponding responsibilities.
A great deal. Every trip and even every login is recorded, and you can easily see which forklift was used, when, and for how long.
Nothing that I can think of at the moment. The way it is currently used, it works well.
