Since 2011, our software has proven itself in AGV projects. Vendor-independent and interface-open, we integrate not only AGV/AMR systems but also infrastructure components such as roller doors and elevators, as well as machinery. Thanks to real-time visualization and a flexible framework, we design logistics processes to be efficient and individually adaptable.
Overview
Through the seamless integration of a wide variety of systems, movizon CONTROL enables efficient and precise control of the entire logistics process. The software supports a broad range of interfaces beyond the VDA5050 standard, allowing mixed fleets to be assembled flexibly and existing fleets to be expanded with different vehicle types — regardless of manufacturer or navigation standard. Our strength lies in the open framework of the software, which enables real-time customization and also gives our customers the ability to make their own adaptations. Through targeted scripting training, we empower our customers to develop their own logic, independently integrate new vehicles and components such as roller doors or traffic lights, and continuously evolve their logistics processes in a flexible and dynamic way. How we calculate the even Score
The even Score (0 to 100) sets the order of solutions. It is based only on published reviews:
- 85% quality: the average of performance, reliability and maintenance effort per review.

So far, there has been no recognizable limit — all tasks have been fully accomplished. Where no ready-made building blocks existed, new functions were created and tested pragmatically in close collaboration.
„Powerful control for demanding applications“
We develop real-time Wi-Fi for mobile machines and robots. One of our core features is latency-free roaming between access points. For reproducible automated tests with mobile participants, we have set up a test track with AGVs. We use movizon CONTROL to manage the AGVs.
Fleet managers are nowadays a dime a dozen. However, when it comes to the performance of the control system and the adaptability to special requirements, the wheat is separated from the chaff. In both categories, the small, likeable company from near Hanover is clearly ahead of the pack.
What mattered to us was (1) the interface to our automated test system, (2) the real-time capability and granularity of AGV control, and (3) the flexibility to also control AGVs from other manufacturers or entirely different machines in the future. The movizon software supports cycle times in the millisecond range and is infinitely extensible through modules and custom scripts.
The logistics for our own products are still manageable and have not been automated so far. ;)
