COGLAS WEB WMS

We use COGLAS to manage our inventory and, so far, to map our inbound and outbound processes

We are currently still in an early phase of our collaboration with COGLAS WEB WMS. During the preparation of the implementation, throughout the go-live, and also in retrospect, we could always rely on our contacts at COGLAS. For minor issues or questions, a solution was promptly presented or directly implemented. The software delivers exactly what was discussed and offered beforehand – we are very satisfied with our decision to work with COGLAS.

We use the warehouse software in the area of warehouse logistics and inventory management. It supports us in controlling all goods movements – from goods receipt through picking to dispatch. Prior to its introduction, there were frequently time-consuming manual processes and delays in order processing. By using the software, we now have a real-time overview of our inventory and have reduced errors in picking.

The software provides a reliable and high-performance foundation for handling our warehouse processes and meets the majority of our specific requirements in the heavy goods sector. Particularly noteworthy is the smooth and well-structured implementation, which enabled a seamless onboarding experience. Despite some industry-specific requirements that still offer potential for optimization, the solution impresses overall with its flexibility and practical suitability, making it well suited for our area of application.

The software solution largely meets our requirements in terms of functionality and adaptability. As a heavy goods logistics provider, we have specific and complex requirements, particularly with regard to special storage conditions and a wide variety of stored goods. Despite these particular circumstances, most of our requirements could be implemented through the available features and the flexible configuration options of the software.

The software solution currently offers us only limited support for data-driven decision-making in the logistics process. The focus is primarily on the administrative handling of warehouse operations, such as inventory management and the documentation of goods movements. Overall, the software currently functions more as a reliable operational foundation than as a central instrument for data-driven decisions.

For our specific use in the heavy goods sector, we would like some more specialized functions. This includes, in particular, a more detailed analysis of occupied storage areas on a square meter basis, in order to enable more transparent analysis of space utilization. In addition, an optimized display and management of stored goods with varying dimensions would be helpful. Especially in the heavy goods sector, individual dimensions, weights, and storage requirements play a central role. Otherwise, the software already covers a great deal.

We use COGLAS WEB WMS for the effective storage of customer goods. The software covers the entire warehouse process, including goods receipt, picking, packing, parcel shipping, pallet shipping, and the production of displays. This allows us to optimize our operations and increase efficiency in warehouse management.

The broad industry portfolio of our customers gives rise to very diverse requirements for the Warehouse Management System (WMS). We are able to meet these requirements excellently with COGLAS WEB WMS. The flexible warehouse management software adapts to the specific needs of each company and supports effective warehouse processes across various industries.

The COGLAS WEB WMS software meets our requirements for functionality and adaptability almost entirely. The powerful warehouse management software offers intuitive operation and enables us to efficiently optimize our warehouse processes. Thanks to the extensive interfaces, we can seamlessly integrate the system into our existing IT infrastructure. In addition, the cloud technology ensures maximum transparency in our operations. Overall, the software is suitable for companies of all sizes and meets our expectations of a modern Warehouse Management System.

We are currently at the beginning of the process of evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In doing so, we aim to use the COGLAS WEB WMS software to make data-driven decisions within our logistics processes. The software will support us in better understanding and analyzing the performance metrics.

I would like to see individual options for mapping Value-Added Services in more detail within COGLAS WEB WMS. It would be helpful to have tailored functions that allow us to accommodate the specific requirements of our warehouse processes. This would further increase the flexibility and efficiency of our operations and allow us to adapt the software more closely to our needs. Additionally, an expansion of the query capabilities of the WEB API would be desirable.

Whether it's minor questions about configuration, updates, discussing optimization potential in Coglas, or concrete development planning: with the Coglas system and the right consultants, anything is achievable!

With Coglas, we can cover our logistics requirements very well. Should a feature not yet be available, it is jointly defined through a lean process, evaluated by Coglas, and developed promptly.

Through various data analysis options that can be triggered with every event in Coglas, it is possible to retrieve large volumes of data from Coglas, which can then be used as a basis for informed decision-making.

Since we decided very spontaneously to work with Coglas, all we can say is that together we implemented the system in approximately 1 week and succeeded in doing so with the support of the Coglas staff. Many thanks again for that.

Thanks to the flexibility of the system, we can respond quickly to customer demands and requirements, giving us a competitive advantage.

Since we have only been working with the system for about 9 months, we cannot say yet, but as soon as we know more, we will get back to you.
